The first reactions to The Self-annihilation Squad are rolling in, and they point to the new Direct current movie being a wild ride.
The film, directed by James IV Gunn, follows the titular group of villains and anti-heroes on a mission to the fictional island of Corto State. They'll glucinium going aweigh against the alien Starro, a giant sea star-like animal who has the ability to control minds.
